VENDOR CHECK IN
Check-in will take place between 8-9:30 AM at the Deering Street entrance to Main St. next to Longley Square park.
Reference the Main st. maps on the directions page here.
Please remain in your vehicle, in line, on Deering St. and our coordinators will check you in and send you to your vending space. This process works most efficiently if you do not exit your vehicle and remain patient.
VENDOR SETUP
Main Street will be closed to all traffic from 8am-6pm. All vendor vehicles must be off the street by 9:30am.
Vendors must be set up and ready for business by 10am.
PARKING
After you have been checked in and shown to your space, unload all vending materials and then relocate your car BEFORE setting up. This is a crucial step for you to follow to ensure a smooth transition of cars on and off the street as vendors are being checked in.
Parking will be available nearby and maps will be available to you for reference.
BREAKDOWN
Breakdown will be allowed after 4PM and regular traffic will return to Main St. at 6PM when the road will re-open.
All breakdown/pack up must happen BEFORE you get your car to load up. Please do a proper check for trash in your vendor area before leaving.
POWER & ELECTRICITY
The festival does NOT provide electricity.
Generators must be approved ahead of time.
(We reserve the right to have them removed or shut off if deemed necessary or too loud.)
BOOTH HOURS & TRASH REMOVAL
Exhibits will be open from 10am–4pm and vendors are expected to be open during those hours.
Vendors are responsible for their own personal trash removal and for providing their own equipment, including a tent if needed.
Please be prepared to weigh down your tent and have tent walls for wind and rain.
ISSUES & CONCERNS
Staff and volunteers will be available to assist you throughout the day as needed.
Please direct any questions to them in a respectful and patient manner as they will be handling many tasks and vendors throughout the day!
