As a non-profit we carry out our creative support work through different projects. Our current and ongoing projects are listed below.
The NMAAF is an annual arts festival held on Main St. in Norway that has been evolving since 1967! It typically hosts from 150-200 vendors and thousands of folks come from all over Maine and New England to see art, music, dance, a parade, food, historic buildings on Main St., to engage with local businesses and community members, and enjoy a beautiful Saturday in July in Norway, ME.
House Lorax is a physical hub of creative activity right on historic Main St. in Norway, ME. The "home space" of Creative Norway where creative folk from all over western and central ME come to take classes and utilize the variety of creative spaces available via membership.
NEVAEH DANCE CIRCUS
This colorful company consists of circus, song, theater and dance brought together by a fantastically innovative and creative group of performing artists from Maine. Founded by sisters Nettie and Hannah Gentempo in 2005, the original dance company evolved into a full dance circus in 2016 to expand offerings beyond just dance.
COW PASTURE COMMUNITY THEATER
CPCT is a local and inclusive community theater based in western ME that supports local playwrights and actors who come from all levels of experience.
