CREATIVE OXFORD HILLS
Hey there Folks,
A few important announcements from our team to the community:
Beginning in 2025 the Norway Music and Arts Festival will be passed into the very capable hands of Lights Out Gallery, a vibrant and quickly growing center for creative arts here in Norway, Maine.
Having worked directly with the Lights Out team at 10 Tannery, we are confident they will be heartily invested in the continuing success and evolution of the event. They have deep connections in the world of art, are savvy in business as owners of their own establishment, and as Norway residents they are working directly with the community the event means to serve.
We are extremely proud of our work in developing the Norway Music and Arts Festival over the last five years and helping to evolve and grow it to where it is today. We have made connections with amazing artists and creative folks from all over and the Arts Festival has been a highlight of our organizing each year. We feel that it is time to support some fresh energy moving forward to let the event continue to grow in new and creative ways.
We hope to see you at a newly reinvigorated Norway Music and Arts Festival on the second Saturday in July of 2025!

We are also in the process of transitioning our non-profit’s name and scope over the next year from Creative Norway, to Creative Oxford Hills, reflecting a change in our focus of the arts to a wider geographic area. Our current projects have already been expanding over the last 3-4 years to bring our programming deeper and farther into Western Maine as we have seen the need across the region. We will be continuing our planning and support in 2025 for projects such as the Nevaeh Dance Circus, Cow Pasture Community Theater and the Maine Fungi Fest.
With your continued involvement and support we can advance our work of bringing creative opportunities to the Oxford Hills! Please remember we are a 501c3 non-profit and we always appreciate any support we can get, be it financial, in-kind, or through networking and information sharing. Our Mission
NEVAEH Dance Circus exists to bring joy to our community through color, sound, movement, and heart-capturing experiences.
Our work is to provide positive leadership and mentorship to local youth, address social issues and current events through art and dance, and to make people truly feel something during our performances.
Our Vision
NEVAEH Dance Circus holds a vision of expanding inclusive arts/dance in Western, ME through a variety of low-to-no-cost programming and classes for youth and young adults. We hope to further social justice by making art and dance accessible to ALL.

Our colorful company consist of circus, song, theater and dance brought together by a fantastically innovative and creative group of performing artists from Maine.
We produce our own popular themed shows, with all original choreography and can be seen entertaining at a variety of venues, festivals, fairs, camps, shows, corporate events, fundraisers and more.
